Finally Homeless

After 43 years our only house is sold. The buyers came from Oregon to see the house and have completed the purhcase. All contingencies have been removed. We have a couple of AirBnb guests to host and then we are done. Melissa owns all furniture and if there is anything you need, it's here. Every room is full of items for sale: the kitchen, living room and five bedrooms.

Escrow will close on August 3rd, our 46th anniversary. We have sat here for a year in the MotherShip. Perhaps, we'll take motorhome driving lessons! As most know, we don't travel far on our daily trips. So, where will we go on August 4th? To Paso Robles, which is 20 miles. And, we will do it in a single day!

We are so excited to get moving again. After celebrating Uncle Ron's 90th Birthday in Paso Robles, we'll be planning our next journey. Watch our weekly maps and if we get close to you, let's us know when and where we can meet up.

We are thankful to the Lord for how every detail worked out in the sale of our house. The buyers are a wonderful Christian family who want to enjoy raising their family in the same place we enjoyed since 1977. Praise be to God for these new owners.
