Week 616 - Favorite Photos #18 Californias Central Coast - 06-04-2018
Favorite Photos #18 California's Central Coast
We have seen some amazing sunrises across the nation; this one is from Paso Robles, California.
Of all the beach towns we have visited, our favorite is Avila Beach / Port San Luis Harbor.
Having stayed overnight at 575 different locations, this was our favorite:
The Jetty.
Unfortunately it was closed to RV parking years ago.
Perhaps this area should have been called Pelican Bay as they are prevalent.
These two stand guard.
He looks a little angry. You might be too if your nose was that big!
This guy thinks he is pretty cool, but ...
... this one is king!
Avila Beach under the moonlight.
Dolphins frolic at sunrise.
All these RV spaces are empty as the boat trailers get first choice and are coming in today.
Yum, yum, dinner!
This close up of a sea lion looks like a crystal clear 4K TV image. Personally, we would rather see this gooey guy in a somewhat blurry image.
Moving south down the coast we loved the sunset on Rincon Parkway just north of Ventura, California.
Just two minutes later at Rincon.
Further south we went inland to old town Temecula.
What could more of a favorite than these two beauties.
We are often asked, "What is your favorite place to visit?"
We always answer, "the people". If we had to pick a state, it would be Alaska.
Rarely do the both intertwine.
We spent time with these friends in Alaska and again in this photo on the Central Coast.
As always we never digitally modify our Favorite Photo collections. We want you to see them as God created them. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1:1
More next week. We just posted our 877th page and 15,004th photo. Stop us, before we write again!
With love, Pete, Ellen and Mandy
