Week 184 - Tour 2010 - 02-21-2010

On the road again in 2010:

For the last 14 weeks we have sent out Photo Collections rather than our current trip and photos. Our winter routine has been to visit the same Southern California RV Parks and thus the stories and photos would be repetitious. We are finally moving on to Arizona and hopefully to new locations to bring you different travelogues. Here is where we have been since January.

Our first stop and only for two days was Pechanga RV Resort in Temecula. This resort is part of the Pechanga Indian Casino. We were blessed on our second day to be joined by Brad and Janet; their RV shown in the second photo.

Next we stayed at Golden Village Palms RV Park in Hemet where for the past three years we have played sand volleyball each morning.

Emily and Chad live in Escondido. We stayed at the Elks about one mile from their house and were visited by Melissa and her high school pal Sarah (and Dory the dog).

After volleyball, we headed south about 25 miles to Aguanga (17 miles east of Temecula) to play Pickleball each morning with our friends at Jojoba Hills RV Resort.

And now we are finally on the move. From Aguanga we drove an awesome mountain road, starting with Hwy 371, changing to Hwy 74 and ending up in Palm Desert.

Okay, next week we are off to Arizona and the sun?
