Motorhome Maintenance Schedule

This schedule is a composite of all the schedules for our 2006 Monaco Diplomat. It has a Cummins 400hp ISL diesel with the Allison 3000 transmission.The schedule for your brand and model of motorhome will differ. This is only a starting point for you.

Daily
Check tires. For our MH pressures are Front 105 Rear 105

Weekly
Check oil, transmission, coolant for engine and generator

Monthly
Clean oven grease filters
Drain air tanks
Check Hydraulic Steering Reservoir
Clean A/C filters
Clean and dry lube front entry steps
Check battery levels, clean batteries if needed

Quarterly
Check leveler hydraulic level (ATF fluid)
Dry lube awning arms
Dry lube slide seals
Lube slide mechanisms
Replace exterior water filter

Semi-Annual
Wax, spring and fall
Replace oven charcoal filter
Check exterior wall caulking and roof caulking
Clean/lube leveler jacks
Lube chassis (5k)
Test smoke, LP and CO2 detectors
Replace under sink water filter

Annual
Change engine oil/lube (15k)
Replace fuel/water separator (15k)
Shower sealant, remove old and reseal shower
Flush black/gray tanks
Flush water heater
Clean fresh water tank with hydrogen peroxide

Bi-Annual
Engine Coolant Change
Air Dryer Filter (or 3 years)
Grease pack front wheel bearings (30k)
Check drive axle gear oil(30k)
Tri-Annual
Change drive axle gear oil(30k)
