Week 383 - Motorcoach Country Club Owner Lots - 12-15-2013
Motorcoach Country Club Owner Sites
The lots at Motorcoach Country Club are of three types:
golf sites,
water sites and
privacy sites. And they come in
a variety of sizes. All undeveloped lots are beautiful as they
come and increase in beauty, function and value as they are
enhanced. This travelogue showcases a few of each type of lot.
Golf Lots: The view out the front window of your motorhome
will be of the golf course. Below in the foreground is an
undeveloped Golf lot. The gorgeous million-plus dollar motorcoach
is on a lot that has been improved.
This golf lot is larger than the standard size lot and includes a
pergola (slatted patio cover) and a casita (small house).
As on many lots, this lot's original rectangular pad was enlarged
and covered with pavers or patterned concrete.
Outdoor kitchens and bars are a favorite enhancement.
This corner lot is huge. This is just the "front yard" facing the
golf course and ponds.
Water Lots: This unimproved water lot has plenty of room to
add all the goodies you want.
Every water lot has a concrete dock large enough to moor your boat
and include some chairs and a table. Neighbors will tour the two
miles of waterways in the evening and stop by your "house".
Even an undeveloped water lot is a wonderful place to live.
Each water lot has a large grass area leading to the canal. These
lots have some enhancements but left the original common lawn
areas.
Privacy Lots: These lots back up to the outside resort
walls. The improvement possibilities are endless as long as the
architectural committee approves your design.
This privacy lot has a few changes, so far.
More enhancements for this lot: large tile pavers, casita and
covered bar and patio areas.
Even with a casita and covered outdoor kitchen there is still room
for a private-fenced backyard.
A number of privacy lots back up to the grand entrance of the
resort.
