Motorhome Ladder

Ladder

You will need a ladder to reach high up on the wall and roof of your motorhome. We use ours very infrequently as we have found ways to avoid the use of a ladder. We have a cleaning system that reaches all the way to the top of the sidewalls and to the top of the windshield. And you have a built in ladder on the motorhome to get up on the roof. But it is unsafe to reach over the edge of the roof, so you will need a ladder. After many hours of research we discovered the ladder!

It'is the Telesteps Ladder 1205 and it's amazing. It takes little space in storage but reaches a height of 12.5 feet, high enough to climb on top of the motorhome. It is expensive but wasn't your motorhome? Why would you spend so much money on your big rig and then bungee a step ladder on the back. At little "Clampetty" don't you think? Other collapsible ladders are very flimsy. Our version can hold 325 pounds. We rate this ladder a 5. The retail price is $299.00 (08-2006) and we purchased the carrying bag $64.95 to keep it from being scratched. Search the Internet and you'll find good prices. Be sure to check the weight rating of the ladder for sale.

Warning: This ladder extends and collapses. If you don't follow the very clear warnings on the ladder, it may collapse on you while you are on it.

Read the warning labels. Also be careful as you collapse it, so you do not smash you fingers. There is a price to pay for having such a small ladder that can grow so big!
